The Parc Haussman Apartment is located on the fourth floor, in a Secure, Private Residential Park, in the prestigious Mont-Boron area of Nice.
It is about 15 minutes walk from the Port, along the Coast road towards Monaco.
This calm, quiet, residence has Electric Gates, off-road Parking, a large Swimming pool plus shallow "toddlers" pool and extensive, beautiful gardens with exotic plants, bench seating and grassy areas to enjoy the sun. There are views of the Sea, Port and distant Mountains as well as the colourful local hillside of Mont-Boron where there are lovely walks in the woods and spectacular views from the ancient Fort.

The Apartment comprises: One Bedroom with Double Bed, Lounge with Sofa-bed, opening to two single matresses, an “American” style Kitchen, Bathroom with Shower and Separate Toilet.

There has been extensive work on the interior, designed to give a clean modern style, tastefully decorated with modern fixtures and fittings.
Parquet wood flooring in the bedroom and light Ceramic tiles throughout the rest of the apartment. The Kitchen includes Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Oven with 4 Plate Hob, Microwave, Fridge and all the usual appliances.

Large French-Windows open from both the Lounge and Bedroom onto the Balcony with uninterrupted views of Mont-Boron, mostly wooded, dotted with Palm trees, Cacti and beautiful large Villas in a rich diversity of architectural styles.

Flat-Screen TV with English "freeview" satellite channels (including BBC ITV etc), DVD, Video and CD player for your entertainment, as well as a Broadband, WiFi Internet connection.

Children welcome, Smoking permitted, No Pets please.

Local Area: It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to a large, new Supermarket, Tobacconist & Pizza Takeaway. 15 to 20 minutes walk down to the nearest beach, coastal path or the Port where you will find Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Nightclubs etc. From the Port it is another 10 to 15 mins to the main Beach, Promenade des Anglais, Old City or Town Centre.

Getting There: Fly to Nice Cote d'Azur Airport from most UK airports. There is a Bus from the Airport to the Bus station (Bus 98 takes about 20 mins) then Change. (Bus 100 takes 10 mins). TGV Express trains call at Nice Station from most European Cities. Car hire at the Airport or Station. A car is really not necessary, though there are some lovely drives along the coast and in the Mountains.
